Interac Transaction Stuck in Progress

There are infrequent cases where an Interac transaction will read "In Progress" after the expiry date.


These happen when the bank holds the transaction for analysis or review.


These transactions will not complete and the status will eventually be changed to Cancelled.


You will need to create a new Interac transaction if you want to try again.
