Creating a Transaction

You can create a transaction through your portal or the API. 

Through the portal

1. Log in to your portal

2. Select Transactions > Add new

3. Fill in all the fields

1. Transaction Type

   1. Fund Zūm Wallet - (FundingSource>>ZumWallet)

   2. Withdraw Zūm Wallet - (ZumWallet>>FundingSource)

   3. Accounts Payable - (FundingSource/ZumWallet>>User)

   4. Accounts Receivable - (User>>FundingSource/ZumWallet)

2. Transaction method

   1. EFT

   2. Interac

   3. VisaDirect

   4. CreditCard

3. From:

4. To:

5. Amount 

6. Memo (optional; up to 15 characters)

7. Comment (optional)

8. Security Question and Answer (if sending funds through Interact)

4. Click Save
