How to request changes to your Zūm Rails account

Users can now request changes to their account through an online submission form, including limit increases, adding payment methods, and other changes.

*Please note that all account change requests require a minimum active processing time of 3 months before consideration, as outlined in your initial contract. Any requests made before the 3 month latency period will be automatically declined


Users wanting to request changes to their account can now do so through our online submission form. These change requests include:

  • Request for limit increases - daily and/or per transaction, as well as per payment rail
  • Requests to add additional payment methods 
  • Request support for adding new funding sources
  • Any other changes not listed above

Please ensure that all information input into the form is accurate, indicating which type of change request you are making and include any additional information that will aid in our deliberation process in the notes section at the bottom. 

For instances where users are wanting to request multiple account changes at a given time, we ask that you submit separate forms for each request to avoid confusion.


Once submitted, you will receive a follow-up email to the email address you provided on the form that will outline any further steps required depending on the requested account change. Response times can vary based on our support team's capacity, but users can typically expect a response within 1-3 business days.

For Limit Increase Requests, the follow-up email will contain an intake form to collect additional information that will be required to complete the underwriting process. It is important to provide any information and documentation that will help our underwriting team in their deliberation. 

When submitting your supporting financial documentation you can either upload it directly in the webform using the button at the bottom or submit them through email to support@zumrails.com
