Why Does The User's Status Say “Not Connected”?

This is a status for the aggregation status of the user in particular.


“Not Connected” indicates that the user was added manually and not through aggregation (Zum Connect). All this means you cannot view their balance and bank statements, but you can still create transactions to/from this account.


 


Transfers will still occur to and from their account.
