Submitting a Partner Customer Onboarding Form

As a partner, you will be required to gather and submit information for each customer you onboard with Zūm Rails. The intake form you receive from our team is used to start the application process for a new customer.

Finalizing the customer onboarding form


To finalize your customer onboarding form, complete the following steps.


  1. Fill out all the fields on the form. Make sure that all contact information is correct as our team uses this to send the customer documents for final signature.
  2. Send the completed form to salessupport@zumrails.com


Once Zūm Rails receives your customer onboarding form, our Sales Support team will issue a full application to your new customer. Your customer will then be required to:


  • Work with Sales Support to complete their submission package
  • Go through the underwriting process
  • Submit additional documents as required to complete the onboarding process


You can review the underwriting process here. If you have already collected any of the required documentation from your customer, please make sure to send it when you send your customer onboarding form.
