Managing Your Subscriptions

You can manage your subscriptions through your Zūm portal or the API. This is an easy way to see all your subscriptions in one place.

Through your Zūm portal

You can view all your subscriptions in one place in your Zūm portal.

Steps

1. Log in to your portal

2. Select Subscriptions. Here you can see all of your subscriptions. You can use the search bar or the tile options to search for a specific subscription.

3. Once you have located the subscription you want to view click on the vertical ellipsis and select details. Here you view payment method and user details, upcoming invoices, and product details.

Editing a subscription

Steps

1. Log in to your portal

2. Select Subscriptions. Find the subscription you want to edit

3. Once you have located the subscription you want to edit click on the vertical ellipsis and select edit. 

4. Make all the changes needed

5. Click Update Subscription

Canceling a subscription

Steps

1. Log in to your portal

2. Select Subscriptions. Find the subscription you want to cancel

3. Once you have located the subscription you want to cancel click on the vertical ellipsis and select cancel. 

4. Fill in all the fields

5. Click Confirm Cancellation

6. Enter your portal password

7. Click confirm
